3.5 Save the Date Transferred to 3.5x5 Enclosure Card Messes Up Design

I’ve noticed this on various other sizes and products as well, but just now, the following happened. I can private message some product links as I saved each. 

  • Started with a Save the Date that existed in my store for a while.
  • Changed the size to 3.5" x 5 and redesigned it exactly how I wanted.
  • Remembered it was a “Save the Date” template, so from the saved design page, I transferred it to a Wedding Enclosure Card
  • The design was shifted around quite a bit. Most things are a bit too far to the right, but some items didn’t move and so text overlapped or almost bumped an image that wasn’t overlapped before.

It seems that moving a design of the same size, to a design of the same size, things should stay in place? 
If this isn’t a known issue, I can send the product links via chat but don’t want to post the messed up designs publicly.

I’ve had this problem when using special ligature characters - or when I’ve got images that extend beyond the edge of the design area. I’m not sure which cues the transfer tool uses to define the center of the design, but clearly certain design elements mess it up. Try it with a simple test design and see if you get the same issue.
