4 collections missing between pages 1-2

This is something I’ve noticed on my store homepage and other designers’ stores.

  • If I choose ‘Collections’ or ‘View all collections’, the first 20 collections are shown in the grid on page 1.
  • When I go to page 2, the next four collections are missing.
  • If I go back to page 1, they have appeared there (now there are 24 collections showing on page 1)

So, unless a customer chooses to go back to the first page, those four collections are missed!

I have found one store owner who displays all their collections on page 1. That’s over 200 collections, which repeat on the next 9 pages. Is there a setting where we can change how many are shown?
