I hope everyone is having a good week so far. I’m posting about a possible bug. When I send out a promotional share link for a Zazzle product and choose the option of email, the recipient clicks on the link to my product in the email that was sent to them and sees this message: 400 Bad Request, Request Header or Cookie Too Large.
I have gone to one of my Cross-Sell / Event Suite Collections, and after adding my personalized email message for a post purchase follow-up I tried preview the email. It comes to me, but when I try to click on the link to the collection I get the same error…
400 Bad Request, Request Header or Cookie Too Large.
Is anyone else having this issue? If so, does anyone know how this can be resolved?
I did a search on the web using that phrase and got this answer—-
A “400 Bad Request: Request Header or Cookie Too Large” error means the HTTP request you sent to the server was malformed, likely due to a large header or cookie exceeding the server’s limits. Here’s how to fix it:
Troubleshooting Steps:
Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Outdated or corrupted cache and cookies can cause issues.
Restart Your Device and Browser: A simple restart can resolve temporary glitches.
Flush DNS Cache: A corrupted DNS cache can lead to problems resolving domain names.
Check URL: Ensure the URL you entered is correct and valid.
Review Browser Extensions: Some extensions might interfere with requests.
Contact the Site Owner: If the problem persists, inform the website administrator.
Reduce File Size (if applicable): If you’re uploading a file, try compressing it or using a smaller version.
Check for large number of cookies: If you are sending a large number of cookies, you might need to reduce the number of cookies or their size
Hi @CCCC , there was a problem with those link which we caught soon after. It should hopefully be working now but if not, it should have been redirecting you to https://www.zazzle.com/my/ambassador. Apologies for the inconvenience and thanks for sharing.
