5.25 x 5.25 Tri-fold Cards designs have shifted and need to be fixed. They are not the right size for the card now and do not fit and need to be edited. Is this an example of a design that would be allowed to be replaced now even though we are not suppose to be using this option as it is past the allowed date? Because if the customer does use it and they order it; it will result in a return. Example of a card that has shifted

I believe I have put all of the cards affected in this collection so you can take a look. There are a few mock-ups that show the before and after the shift occurred to show that the cards were within the safe printing area when I published them. Collection of Tri-Fold Card with technical problems
I am also having this issue with the square trifold.
It looks like the layers panel and design tool canvas are set to be 5x7, even when 5.25x5.25 is selected (see below). I see this even when starting a new design.
The previews are still showing square, but I think they are trying to force the 5x7 layout to display in 5.25x5.25.

It’s good to hear I am not the only one with this problem. Thanks so much for letting me know. I am hoping we find out it is a glitch and will be resolved soon.
