A Couple of Questions Regarding Digital Downloads

Good afternoon,

I don’t usually offer digital downloads, but a customer just asked about them regarding a specific invitation.  

1.  May I confirm if they are PDFs.  I’m 99% positive they are but want to confirm.

2.  How do I change the status, this one time, to put the invitation as a digital download?

Thank you so much.  I’ve been looking at threads under digital downloads, and it seems no one has the answer to whether a customer can download a digital download as many times as they want.  Do you know the answer?

I was wondering the same previously. This page mentions

  • You can edit and download your design as often as needed.

Thank you.  I’m going to ask a general question to designers who offer digital downloads as I’m confused as to why they do when buyers can download and share as many times as they want and just pay once.
