Hey Zazzle Folks,
When a customer sees a product they like, whether they find it on the Zazzle site or see it on social media like Pinterest, they click on it and the page takes them to the landing page.
If they click on a product that belongs to a collection, wouldn’t it make more sense that the collection shows up right under the product? Instead they see “other designs you might like” which is confusing. Unless someone is totally familiar with Zazzle’s layout, they won’t know to scroll to the bottom of the page to see the rest of the collection.
I know on wedding and I think baby shower collections, some products show up right below it but on birthdays and other holidays like Halloween they do not. It seems like it would be a better customer shopping experience to see the other items that match product they like, right under it so they know there is a collection of matching items.
it seems like that would be the obvious way to upsell, letting them see that there are matching products, instead of trying to direct them to random products from other sellers. Just switching those two sections around would make a more seamless experience.
This is what I am talking about.
Just wondering your thoughts on this.
Just swap these two sections around.
