A mug sold for $3.95??? Any ideas how this happens?

I need the knowledge of the collective Zazzle mass.

Even with the current promotion mugs are $13.43. 

Does anybody have any idea how this is possible? Note it’s not shown as transferred to another item.

The customer may have some form of special voucher (refund voucher/credit?)

They got it at 75% off. There’s no way of knowing what circumstances would prompt Zazzle to give a customer a promo code for such a deep discount. But at 75% off, I hope they used it for lots more than just a mug.
