Ok I have done several rugs and the larger ones the design that I put, I get a warning saying it’s to to large and will be blurry. But the pixels of my design is 33.3 by 28.3 it should be big enough. Does anyone else get that?
I tried lowering the dpi to 200 with inches of 13 by 11 and I still get the warning.

@CBolton You can download the guide file for the rugs in the Design Tool and it will give you a hint of the size of file that the product wants
Click on the help icon in the left hand panel of the design tool
then choose PDF (as that’s the only option)
When I open that pdf in Affinity - the exported size is 44400 x 33600 (this is for the largest rug 12’x9’ (feet - not inches)
So I reckon your artwork needs to be a lot bigger than 13 x 11 inches
