About stickers - Is matte better for writing than glossy such as for coloring or labeling?

I don’t know what to recommend for coloring or writing on labels.

Is there any guidance for the customer somewhere and I just missed it?

IMHO, I find matte a better and more sophisticated choice for both coloring and labeling. Colors are better absorbed and color reproduction is more faithful with matte finishes.

For coloring, more media are usable on the matte finish. Only a few pens will work on the glossy surface.
