Just my opinion
If you have bought anything in California since 1986 then you may be aware this is a very controversial issue (that was originally intended to address water toxins) I think its an issue particular to California vs an actual problem with the products. If something was that harmful to humans it wouldn’t be sold and it probably wouldn’t only be California warning about it.
Just about everything could be labelled this way based on their definition. Most people just put the disclaimer on there so they can’t be sued given the litigious based society we live in. How many companies check the finite chemical composition in everything they produce? It’s easier to add the warning label
According to California, nothing is safe.
Here’s an editorial about it (remove spaces in case there is a rule about posting links on the forum)

I’ve looked through the list in the prop and found it stunning. Everything is either toxic or causes cancer. (One of the more interesting items is arsenic, which they warn causes cancer but don’t mention lethal poisoning.) The list looks to me as if it was developed from research papers that didn’t necessarily reach conclusions, or if they did, they were concerned with incredible volumes of the substances.
Hmmm okay thanks for the info guys!
Yeah, pretty much everything seems to contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm.
I just bought a bag of organic power snacks that contains cacao, goji, dates, chia seed, sorghum, raisin, pumpkin seed, sunflower seed, sea salt and cocoa butter. It claims to be USDA certified organic, non GMO, unirradiated, gluten free and kosher. And according to California it could still cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.
