I was surprised when recently receiving a large gift bag that I had ordered from Zazzle for a baby shower. I had not read the actual product description on the bag, so when it arrived, it looked much smaller than what I consider to be a large gift bag (like the ones you buy at a big brand store). The product description describes the actual size - 12.5” l x 4” w x 9” h. Try this - Put both your hands out in front of you 12.5 inches apart with your thumbs facing up. That is the length from left to right of the large gift bag. I am including an image of the Zazzle bag placed inside a store-bought large gift bag and you can see how it is swallowed up. The Zazzle gift bag is fabulous quality though, so I am not complaining…just saying calling it large doesn’t match the standard of what is normally considered a large gift bag in the industry.
I looked through a few pages of customer reviews on the large gift bag to see if anyone commented on it being too small and there were a few negative responses about the size, but not overwhelmingly so. Some commented that their gift would not fit in the bag that they expected to be larger. I was able to fit my 2 baby shower items into the Zazzle gift bag, but it was a very tight squeeze.
Lesson learned - ALWAYS read the product description before you buy, get out your tape measure to know exactly what to expect! Also, keep these measurements in mind when you scale your cover image for this product in your Zazzle stores to ensure you don’t make the bags appear larger than they really are.

Thank you for showing this. It is not possible to buy all products we are designing for, and sometimes it’s hard to get an idea of how small/big things actually are. (especially when not measuring in inches …).
Your photo shows part of your hand, suggesting the bag is indeed quite small (regardless perspective).
Starting to wonder what would actually fit in a “small bag” … ? One small piece of chocolate?
The dimensions in the product description of the small bag show it is 5 inches in length and 8.5 inches height. Think of a 5x7 Zazzle vertical invitation or card. The small gift bag would be 1 1/2 inches shorter than that.
