Hello,
The function of adding images to designs is not working.
After selecting the images from the already uploaded files and clicking on the “Add to design” button, no action whatsoever is noted. It’s been happening often lately but today seems to be worst. At times, it takes after multiple attempts. Today, despite many attempts, nothing is happening at all.
Please advise. Thank you.

It has been corrected now. it was on and off. At first (for me anyways), it was adding an image to a design; it was on all new products. I tried with different images - just to test if it was a corrupted image or some other glitch specific to any one image, but it was with all images.
Then on following occasions, it was uploading images to the image gallery.
I have not experienced either over the past few days. Thank you much for the follow-up.

Thank you for the response. I cannot say that it is specific to any one product. It happens on and off. See attached images for examples. I attempted to adding different images to the design. The images I tried these with were https://www.zazzle.com/personalized_airplanes_in_flight_on_sky_blue_square_sticker-256707580577956931 and https://www.zazzle.com/elegant_chic_red_colorful_and_black_and_white_wrapping_paper_sheets-256316925033298644. But, again, it is not related to any particular product, but maybe select images or another factor – not sure. could not figure it out as it is no consistent (at least to me). Thanks again.
