For some reason something has changed in the middle of my day, I am adding items into my collection as I was earlier in the day but now they are not showing up in the collection management view? I am I the only one with this issue?
The same thing is happening to me I contacted help they have no idea I have been waiting three weeks

Are you guys referring to categories or collections please? The screenshot leads me to believe categories. If so, this is a known issue that has been reported to the team. We hope to have this fixed shortly
