AFTER DESIGNING DOOR MAT, "SELL IT" OPTION NOT SHOWING

I just designed a door mat which I planned to sell, the “sell it” option does not appear, only the “Personalize It” option is available.  Not sure why or what I now need to do.

@Shar-Ken  did you use any of the  clip art on it? You’re not allowed to sell those

SARA_H,  I did not use the clip art but I did use the new shapes.

@Shar-Ken   check the information on the shape that you used - it may be for customer use only and not for designers

free to use

not free to use (doesn’t have the “royalty free”)

Find the shape you used in the left hand side - press the i that appears in the bottom right corner - if it says “royalty free” you should be able to use that shape in your design. If it doesn’t have that - they’re for customer use only and not for resale on your products

Sara_H,  You have gone to a lot of trouble to help me and it’s all good info.  I really appreciate it.   I did re-check to make sure that I had not mistakenly used one of the shapes that was not royalty free.  Turns out that they both ARE royalty free.  So, the mystery continues.  It just ask if I want to personalize the design but not offering the option to sell.  I might “fool around with it” to see if I can get anything to make it change to the sell option but I may have to just put it aside.  The good thing about this “ask a question” forum is that all the things you were suggesting to me might help another person who is having the problem of not being given the option to sell and learn from the info you shared above that they might need to check that little circle with the “i”  in it to make sure that it is a royalty free shape.  It is always so great when someone gives you the “magic key” that unlocks the mystery for you!  Thanks so much, Sara_H.

Sara_H,  You actually did solve my mystery!   I used 3 shapes and one I had overlooked that it did not have the “royalty free” notation.  Thank you!

Take off your elements one by one and then check for the sell button. Also, are you sure you are logged in? No disrespect. That was my problem once.

CrazyMermaid,  Thank you for your good suggestion.  As you suspected, I had unknowingly added an element that was not royalty free.  Problem solved.   My apologies for taking so long to respond.  I had not been back to the site for awhile.  Appreciate your taking time to help!
