After today’s iPadOS update (26.4) Zazzle site screen keeps shifting slightly up and down.

I’m accessing Zazzle site from iPad Pro 13-inch (M4), Safari Browser. Today there was iOS and iPadOS 26.4 update from Apple. Ever since the update I noticed Zazzle page shifting slightly up and down every 5 sec or so. The timing is consistent with a dark blue banner at the very top changing its message. The one that would say “30% off something…”

This makes browsing and selecting difficult. Would appreciate someone looking into this.
