When we upload AI pictures do they still have to be 300 DPI or can they be 96 DPI?

I don’t know if AI images have to be 300 dpi, but that’s the resolution that I use. That way, the images will remain crisp if customers move the images to other, larger products.

Can you use 96 DPI AI images on Zazzle or do  they have to be 300 DPI?
