Air Fresheners never showed up in my shop, other items too.

Hi. I’ve been on Zazzle for YEARS, but I haven’t posted in a long time.

One new product I was excited about was the Air Fresheners. Made four, All approved. They never showed up. This was weeks ago. Nowhere in my shop.

I did some new Phone cases, they are in my shop but still not in their category.  I remember this was an issue, slow to getting indexed in their categories, but don’t remember products just never showing up.

I searched air fresheners here, didn’t find anything. Anyone have some helpful insight? Thank you!

Which air fresheners are you referring to? The ones in my shop all say that the product has been discontinued - but maybe there’s some other kind of air freshener that I’m not aware of.

Thank you for responding. I think you’re correct. They’ve been discontinued literally the day I designed them. :tired_face:

It was the square one with rounded corners.

I’m not going to accept as solution just yet, hoping someone can give some update or insight as to how long it takes for products to end up in categories. Thank you.

Hmmm… I’m still not sure we’re talking about the same product. The air fresheners that I’m referring to (I can’t post a link because clicking on one of my designs just leads to an error page) are like the kind you put in your car - sort of like a paper ornament that hangs from a string. Anyhow, I think they came on board sometime during the pandemic - mine were all designed in early 2020, and they’ve been marked as discontinued for months now. I’m not sure how you would have designed one a few weeks ago.

Mine only show up in the “optimization needed” section, and I keep debating whether or not to delete them.

Here’s my Zazzle confirmation that my products had been created and would be up soon.

Just a glitch I guess. Too bad. I was excited about these.

For many many months the air-fresheners have shown as being “Out of Stock”. I just looked at a selection of my designs, and the graphics are no longer in proportion to the items. Clicking on each one brings up the following..

So it looks as though they’re now permanently gone… :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

Air fresheners have been discontinued for several months now, at least this whole year!

I don’t know if this is a weird glitch or what. For a long time air fresheners were one of my best sellers. Then they were discontinued which was a bummer. Then the other day they showed up again as a product to be created, so I thought they got them in again! So i designed a bunch and they were in my store for a day, then now they show as discontinued again. I think it was just some kind of Zazzle glitch, just like a couple months ago when the metal coffee cups showed up a again for a day, then disappeared again.

I’m petty sure this was probably the same day I designed mine. Maybe they are getting ready to restock them? Thanks for the reply.

I like to transfer some of my designs to air freshner but searching for them brings no results.

@DBCartoons  I also, could not locate the air freshener in the create pages.

I did find that you can CREATE from SCRATCH in the link on an existing product page, between the About this Product page and the About this Design page.

Hopefully Zazzle will catch up on the updates necessary for designing/transferring this product soon.
