Hello all is the algorithm working properly as almost all of our sales are products from 2010 to 2015 and occasionally one of 2022 and I would like to know as well why our 4,000+ sales a month have gone down to about 200-300 sales a month, that7a huge cut and losses for us and zazzle and of course we have put the % at 10% so someone working at MacDonalds in Mississippi probably makes more money than us now.
we started in October 2008 and now our income it is like at the beginning of 2009, not very nice.
@Zizzago I love your designs and promote your invitations on Pinterest, I’ve never gotten a referral, but just enjoy the uniqueness of your ornate creations. With you being a diamond seller and having so many sales per month, it seems like your invitations should be front and center in the marketplace, yet when I search for “wedding invitations” I do not see any of your artwork for many pages, which makes no sense as there are invitations with far less views and guessing sales than you have that are listed in the top row, what is the fix for this, I surely don’t know, but worth investigating and doing some testing with titles and tags. What do your google analytics look like? Are visits about the same? Where is the traffic coming from? With being a leading seller on this marketplace it truly does not make sense that your sales have slumped so much as the marketplace should be promoting your products over others and the most basic keywords should put you front and center. I know your question was direct to the marketplace, but just hoping to help.
Thank you for your kind words, we always try to be different and not to follow anyone so we are really completely ourselves with designs and colour, and it seems that now the sales that we have are from 2010 2011 2012 and so on not higher than 2017 which it is ridiculous that’s why we were asking zazzle what is wrong with the algorithm, it might not be calibrated properly as so many good sellers are all down in sales.
I’ve always admired your wedding designs, but over the years I’ve noticed them showing up less and less in the top search results. Have you refreshed your titles and tags recently? SEO and algorithms always change, so maybe you need to update your titles and tags. And add fresh new designs, too; just to stay relevant with new styles and trends.
Thank you and yes we have updated some but we have more than 18,000 designs in Zizzago and it is an ongoing battle plus we have a few other stores as well to modify
