I started designing divot tools (divot tool bottle openers) a while ago.
Now they’re all gone. The collections containing them are still there.
They’re also on the Marketplace, here are two examples:

My divots are also still missing via the backend (including a new one I just created). They do show via my collection.
I’m also having this problem. I created a divot tool and thought I didn’t post it so I created another one. They didn’t show up a few days later so I posted yet another one. I have 3 floating out there.

All my golf divots have disappeared from the backend - this includes newly created divots not appearing under new products.
Luckily they do still appear in my public store.

Unfortunately they have been missing since January : ( I wish they would come back.
It just may be an indexing problem. My royalty report shows I sold two as late as the end of April.
Yes, they are still available on the public side, and I see them show in my notifications, they even show in collections if they are in them, but you can’t access any of them from the backend, so it makes it hard to track them. I think there is a backend issue across all items too. I have lots of items that don’t show when you search your backend, but they are publicly available. It’s causing me to make duplicates of items because I can’t see what I have already made.
I think this is mostly a search engine issue. And, yes, this issue has been ongoing as long as I’ve had my Zazzle shop. Why do issues like these, which are reported repeatedly, go unresolved?
In the backend, if I navigate to the category that holds my golf divots, they won’t list.
If I go public mode , they appear in that same category.
And now I’m getting a message that two of my divots ‘may need optimizing’.
Except I can’t see them in store management view in order to fix any problems!
