Don’t know whether it’s a bug or I’ve been demoted - all my stores now have a zRank of -1.

Same here - phew! I thought I did something wrong.
Same for me! Mine seems to have happened simultaneously with the restoration of my “Last Viewed” stats. Just curious, were you affected by that bug also?
Same here it has to be a bug to go from 8 to -1 overnight at least I hope it’s a bug and I didn’t anger Zazzle to no longer show my products to customers.
all my stores are also at zRank -1 – but when I search for them (by individual product and by store) on the Zazzle marketplace, they do still show up in the returned results.
My zRank has been fixed. Thank you, tech team - that was the quickest fix ever! 😉

Yes, a bug indeed, according to Scott. Mine has now been restored. The quickest fix ever!

My zRank has now been restored. I doubt your lack of sales today was a result of this bug, as I checked some of my products while in the -1 rank, and everything seemed to be showing up in the Marketplace.
