I noticed today that all of the products from one of my Zazzle collections, “Polaroid Style Photo Collection–Thankful & Blessed,” are suddenly missing.
The collection itself is still there, but none of the products that were previously included in it are showing anymore anywhere. I haven’t intentionally removed or hidden these products from the collection or from the store.
I’d really appreciate it if the Zazzle team could take a look and let me know what might have happened.
Thank you for letting me know! Is there anything I can do to get the products back? They had been available in my store for almost a year without any issues.
@Christina7 not as far as I know - they would have deleted any artwork too from your images (check) you’d have to recreate from scratch and not use that as a tag/title/description
but I don’t know - you’ll need to get a response from zazzle themselves
I had this happen because of only a tag in my products (not even in the title or description, and especially not on the product itself). They wiped out two collections worth of items that had been up for a year. Unfortunately in my experience they are gone for good. They weren’t even accessible in ‘Saved Designs’ anymore. I thankfully had them on Pinterest, so I took screenshots of all the items and was able to re-build them almost exactly. So sorry, I feel your pain! I wish when it was an editable item like a tag they would just remove the tag, or immediately make the product ‘hidden’ and give us a chance to fix.
Another possibility happened to me. I went to add an item to a collection and clicked every item that should be there. Well, those that were there disappeared. The second click took them out, but that was easily fixed by clicking on them again.
