Allowing download of our uploaded cover images

Hey Zazzle team!

I have been trying to find my uploaded media images, and because I am NOT orgizationally blessed, it is taking me hours to find what I want, so I can create more images in Canva and share on social media.

So my question is this: can we please , (pretty please with sugar on top,) have the ability to download the cover image that we already uploaded? It’s already on file in your system, I am thinking it shouldn’t be that difficult. I just can’t tell you how much more prolific I’d be able to be in terms of sharing more media files and sending more business y(our) way!!!

I couldn’t agree more - was thinking that too.

I had discovered a way to do this previously.  

Go to the Zazzle main page, bottom left click on “create”

Select any template to open, under edit clear. then go to your download files and open 

the one you want, then top right corner you can download it.

If you know the file name (supposedly on your computer for reference) you can search your images as well.
