I see multiple accounts with similar designs created as anonymous, are all anonymous accounts fake accounts? Should we report them to zazzle team?

Looks like hundreds of accounts created this month alone, Hope team is tracking their IP Address origin.

People are allowed to have private stores.

If you find a design that does not follow our guidelines you can feel free to use the “Report This Design” option under “About This Design” on the product page and our team will investigate.
Well, I see a design in there that’s exactly like somebody else’s, though who came first who knows, and who knows if the other person didn’t steal it first from somebody else.

It looks like they got a little more creative this time, and made up fake names instead of a random string of numbers and letters like they usually do! Definitely spammers!
No one has time to report spammers en masse? If Z wants to pay me I’ll go after the 4K+ “Barbie” products. 
ETA after writing what I had above I saw an image right from the Barbie movie of Ken. Turns out the store has quite a large selection of tee’s with trademark and copyrighted designs. That I will be sending to Z in an email.
