anyone else unable to download product mockups?

started a few hours ago, with only a few published listings. upon clicking ’ downloads ,’ the entire product publishing bar suddenly dissappears.

those select products affected carried over to other web browsers—but i was still able to download assets from other listings for a while.

the issue seems to have now expanded to most, if not all of my product offerings from each storefront.

is anyone else having a similar problem, or might i have exceeded some sort of download limit i’m not yet apprised to?

Same here! I can’t download images for ornaments or binders (not sure what else but photo plaques are fine) 

I see that Z added the ability to download all of their cover images in one Zip so it looks like they’ve managed to break something while putting in the update!

Yup the Media management system is broken. Can’t even bring up the initial popup to start the process

Hi! It just happened to me, after downloading a few products to create cover photos… I already contacted support, so we will see what´s going on. I hadn´t had any issues yesterday.

Same. Clicking the Download link removes that entire top bar.

Yeah, about ready to make more mockups & experiencing the same thing. Hope it gets fixed soon.

I was able to download some products today (stickers, flat cards, puzzles). What I can’t download are folded cards & the old foil folded cards (the ones where you can only do foil on the front/back).

Just a heads up that this is still an ongoing issue this morning.  Sometimes the media manager popup comes up but does not work any further. Other times it does not come up at all… either way cover image creation is at a standstill

Eager to make cover photos for new products, but blocked right now by inability to download!   Issue still affecting the site at 15:30 CET - 9:30 a.m. EST.

Same here… it was actually working fine for me just yesterday evening (after first reports here came in), but today I´m not able to download any design images. Hope they´ll fix it soon!

I haven’t done cover uploads for some time.  I could have sworn we could download the product from “More Options”.  But I find you can’t do that now.  Is my memory faulty?  If not, how do we download the product?  Thank you.

They changed around the top bar a couple months ago. Now you download through a link that says Downloads. You upload your new cover photo through the link that says Media Manager. This new way allows you to put a caption under your new cover photo and to upload as many as 10 if you so desire (nobody has done that, as far as I’ve seen in the OP). Some people have contemplated uploading usage directions for complex templates under the 2nd photo space.

But at the moment, none of this works. It did until yesterday.

Yes… cannot download anything…Zazzle can you please address this issue??I am now so behind in creating media images!
