Okay, so in a nutshell it’s the very last line on the W8 form Section 10 Part II ‘Additional Conditions’ that I’m having trouble with. I have had the form sent back about 10 times, no exaggeration, because the wording is ‘nearly’ but not quite exactly right on that one line, and I’ve just had enough now. I get the exact same wishy washy advice every single time from the Zazzle representative, plus links to the lengthy tax documentation I have already read 10 times to find the correct wording, and I just keep getting it wrong.
Is there anybody out there who can give me a direct, clear answer about what I’m supposed to put on that line in plain English? Help!
