I have been advised by a member that they cannot see my products via my profile ie my banner and collections are invisible. Is this the case, is anyone else having trouble seeing my creations?

It may be linked to the upcoming new collections features? They warned that a few bugs might occur.
PS: trying to access your profile from the forum but it does not work on my mobile, if you have a direct link I will check.
PS2: finally I could follow the link from the topic list. It looks fine to me

Maybe it’s confusion on how to find your profile link? I don’t see a link to your profile, products or collections?
Really? And yet others are able to. Baffling.
When I click through it does go to your profile, but I do not see any links to your collections within your profile. Maybe I’m just missing it?
EDIT: I was missing it!! I didn’t realize your name in your profile was a hotlink. ///smh/// maybe others are making the same mistake? Sorry!!
Thank you, this is a relief, I want customers to see my wares. I spend a lot of time and effort directing them to my profile, I’d hate for them to be ‘hidden’ as was suggested. I even have a domain name for the purpose. www.giftsandinvitations.com

Leah, how do you get the square cover photo to show on your collections? I’ve only seen that available for categories.
