Are Sale notices/emails coming before shipment?

I ordered some name badges/lanyards yesterday and got an e-mail that I need an official authorization from the association (on the badge) before the item would be processed.  I just received the SOLD e-mail and have not received the notice from the Association that they sent the authorization to Zazzle.

So … are we now going to be notified before the item is shipped?
