Are we allowed to post another website that has stole Zazzle creator designs here? I came across a website that has tons of Zazzle designs and products and it doesn’t look like an affiliate site. I reported it to Zazzle, but the website still has my designs. I did send a cease and desist copyright infringement letter, but have received no response from the company and they are located in India. Thanks for any feedback.

@plumb4me I’m sorry you have found your products there. How frustrating it must be. I looked and see MANY Zazzle items I recognize and I only perused for about 10 minutes. Thanks for posting it. This is HUGE. Hopefully Zazzle will get it shut down.

I hope Zazzle gets it shut down. There are so many from Zazzle and I just sent another email to Zazzle, with some links to my designs.

It is a company in India, I looked it up. Most of their designs, images and products are copied from images all over the internet. They even made cover photos with my designs.
You can report this website to the DCMA. Fill out a DCMA takedown report at DCMA.com.

Yeah, I just looked for a minute or 2 & already found one of mind. Now what? @plumb4me were you able to file a DCMA report?

I haven’t file one yet, but I am going to and I will post after I do. I am looking through their site and I found tons of my collage template images and products, so I am complying a list of each of the pages, that contain my designs.
I have sent an email to Zazzle 3 times and I can not even get a response from them.

Also, a customer can personalize my products on their site! I have playing cards & when I click on it, I can change the name as well as font, size of font, etc. 😡

I am so upset by this. I just wish other creators would see this post, because I see tons of Zazzle designs, products and cover photos on their site. I have received no response from Zazzle or this company. I am going to send the DCMA takedown letter, but I have a spouse in the hospital at this time with Cancer and I don’t want to do it incorrectly. I should not have to take this any further or spend time and any money on this. I will post when I have further information.

I will be sending another cease and desist letter to the company, “yourprint.in” report the abuse to Google and GoDaddy, file a DCMA takedown report and find all the places I can post about this company. I will follow up here, when I get further information. Thank you everyone for your help.

If anyone here can prove that their design is on the homepage, or any other pages (besides your product page), you can possibly get the entire URL wiped from Google with their DMCA takedown form. It won’t get rid of the page existing, but Google will basically make it invisible to anyone in search.

I found a number of my designs as well and have reported it to GoDaddy. I wouldn’t worry about it too much though because I don’t believe any of the customers buying on that site would be buying from Zazzle, so I don’t think we’re losing sales. I regularly check Etsy for copies because there’s a big overlap between Zazzle and Etsy customers.

GoDaddy replied to my notice to say they are only the registrar, not the host so they can’t help.
