For many months there has been a bug that does not update the amount of product views. This causes the zRank to drop and old products to be hidden because they apparently haven’t been viewed in a long time. Are you going to fix this bug? Or alternatively stop the dependence of the zRank and of hiding products on the amount of views?

Views have been out for a few days at a time, on and off, but for the most part have been working recently… And they always update when indexing catches up. If you haven’t had any/many views for months, you likely need to step up your marketing efforts.

I do marketing efforts, and I KNOW I have views (via Pinterest and via other options). It just doesn’t show up in the PRODUCTS tab of my store. The funny thing is that is DOES show up under “view insights” tab, on product page (for each product). That means it is surely a bug. Support already admitted it a few months ago when I emailed them. They just said they don’t know when they’re going to fix it. That is why I ask about it here, after many months with no solution.

Views have consistently stopped showing in my shop nearly every weekend like clockwork. That’s more than a few days at a time. It’s a routine problem that needs to be addressed.

Yet another annoying bug. It’s also disheartening to think you’re not getting the views you are actually probably getting.

There really is something wrong. Often there are fewer views the next day than already shown.
