I’ve been looking at my large folded greetings cards and children’s t shirts and have noticed that a large amount now have the message below when I click on them.
Does this mean that they have been discontinued? The only way that I can add them again is by transferring the designs onto smaller sized folded greetings cards which still seem to be available, which will be very time consuming as they have to be edited to fit.
But if that’s the only way.
This product is unavailable due to one of the following reasons:
You do not have access to the product
The product ID is not valid
The product was deleted by the Independent Creator
The product was removed due to our Acceptable Content Guidelines and User Agreement
Thanks so much Sara for your reply. I was checking them on the UK domain and have now just checked on the US one and the cards and children’s t shirts are all still there.
So I assume that if I want my card designs to appear on the UK one too, I will just have to add my illustrations to the smaller versions of the folded greetings cards that are still available on there?

@Len Yes - create a version on the 5x7 folded that will be available on the UK site too (am UK myself) You’ll find a lot of products that are not available to purchase on uk still in the store backend over there but still available to purchase on .com
No need to delete anything. If the design can work on the smaller size - edit details/product merchandising/change options and select 5x 7" folded or the smaller one. Saves you having to redo but the choice is yours
One thing to note - if your large folded cards were in a collection and you have now changed them to the standard sizes, you may have to remove/re-add to collection as I don’t think the collections will auto update to the new size (could be wrong but have a feeling and it’s best to double check)
