Very nice, thank you but I needed px sizes so they fit into the design creation.

You can convert inches to pixels. It took awhile to even find the rug sizes that I posted for you. Using most software, ie photoshop, enter the inches and then use the dropdown to change to pixels. Or go ahead and do a few searches to try to find the pixel sizes for each of the area rugs.

I believe the minimum resolution that the design tool will accept for the carpets is 100 ppi

One thing that usually works for me is taking the inches of a products design area and multiplying it by 150 to get the pixel size. For example, a 18.25" x 27" rug (when you multiply both numbers by 150) gives you 2,737.5 pixels by 4,050 pixels.  It usually works out fairly close.

Thank you all for your help.  I have a program called On1 Resize and that seems to work.

Glad I did a search and found this and thank you for all the information. I was having issues with being able to resize for the area rugs. I am going to try the On1Resize for the rugs. Thank you
