art snapping to another place after it's placed on board

When I move something on my design, it snaps to another area on the artboard. Was happening yesterday but I thought maybe it was just something that would fix itself but it’s still happening

I had this happen to me too sometimes. Don’t know why it happens.

I noticed it happens when I view my artboard at a large scale (over 150%). @James  any chance this can be looked at? Thank you!
