I’ve seen too many customers customize a product and unknowingly end up with something where the artwork doesn’t fit anymore (white background showing). In 2023 there should be a way to always have the artwork fit whatever size or shape the customer dreams up!
We can’t see exactly how the customers customized a product. It may look like there is white space etc. from our end, but mods have said that most customers adjust things fine in the design tool, and if there is a problem with it the CS team usually catches it. So most likely the customer got what they wanted. Not to oppose your request… Just to hopefully make you feel better about those sales.
