Automating Pen Ink Color in Title

Re:  When we type in a title for a new pen creation, it’s automatically putting the pen ink color in as part of the title.

Wouldn’t it make more sense to simply add “pen”, because the choices are pretty much given as to what is available and what looks nice with the design itself.  In other words, if I have purple flower print on a pen, and say I have to choose an ink color…either black or blue as of today, 9/24/24, the title ends in either black ink pen or blue ink pen.  Even though that should be by the customer’s choice, not mine.  Couldn’t it just say ink pen instead?

I will pass this on, thank you! :slightly_smiling_face:

I just reviewed my pens. For all of my products, I title them with “Product – Title” - so I have “Pen - Sunflowers”. There is no ink color added after my title.

Why do I add my own product? When sorted by title, they all group together. I have “business cards” ( the narrow ones) that I labeled as “Book marks”. Just my own organizing sense.

The team got back to me here.

In regard to the Pen point, if you add “pen” yourself onto the title, it will not add the ink color automatically.

Thanks Fiona and BKMuir.  This was very helpful.  I thought there may be a work around, so yaaay! 😊

Hi everyone,

Our team came across this feedback and have since removed the color specific seo addition for this product. :tada:Thanks for bringing it up.
