Back end showing Not Eligible for Instant Download

I think it was last week that this light gray line of text began showing above the various information that we have chosen to have show beneath our products in the back end. This line bumps everything down 3 lines, so that the important information we want to check (mine are 

Last Viewed Date, Views, Date Created, Digital Qty Sold, Last Sold Date, Royalty Percentage). I am only seeing:

Not eligible to sell as Instant Download

Last Viewed Date: never

Views: 0

Date Created: 1/23/2025

I have Product visibility set to ALL; and Instant Download Setting set to ANY.

When I choose Eligible for Download - then I can see the six statistics I wish to see, the same when I choose Enabled. However, I then do not see ALL of my products.

Please remove the “Not eligible to sell as Instant Download” text from the Statistics area, unless we are trying to change the eligibility of our products.

the “Not eligible to sell as Instant Download” only appears if you have selected the “digital stats” option

if you select the 'printed stats" - it doesn’t appear

But I’m confused as to why you’d want that text removed? I find it handy

and you can still select all the stats you need under the 'digital stats"

they don’t copy over from the printed stats that you chose - you have to select them again for them to stick

Sarah - you are so right! - I did not remember ever checking the DIGITAL stats tab. I just went to verify and found that Somehow this was chosen. I thought the light gray tab was the active tab, but when I chose the other tab, it turned white and became active. Thanks for reminding me.
