Either I’m blind or Z got rid of the background color choices… Does anybody know what happened to it?

I just made a yellow background bib and then changed it to green. So my background colors are still operational. Using iPad with Chrome. What are you using?

I think it used to be on the right hand side of the design area and now it’s on the left under layers … there’s a big blue ‘EDIT’ button beside the word background. You can select from the color palette provided or use the plus symbol to add a custom color.

I am having the same problem today – it has now happened to me with two different products. I am using Firefox –
can’t see background option

sorry, it got moved to the left – that must have have happened and I missed the notification.

@VivianD117 the backgrounds are now on their own icon layer. Look above your ‘Layers’, above the ‘Product’ you see the ‘Bkground’ - this is where the color palettes are

I am having this issue too… I am on Firefox browser, was all good a few days ago, I thought at first it was just one type of product but none of mine have any way to change the background now it used to be at the end of the layers? The background options panel is now accessed from the main left menu, it’s been moved out of the layers menu. I like it there, but for multi-sided canvases you have to pay attention to which layer you were on when you click it as there’s no indication in the backgrounds panel which layer/side you’re applying it to.

Right that must have only just happened!
As only a few days ago I was changing the background the old way, I too saw no notification of this change!
So thanks for this! 
I wish we would get notifications when the software format is changed.

Thank you so much. I wish there was a little button where it says “buy this Zazzler a cup of coffee.” You are always such a lifesaver.
This really should have been mentioned by staff somewhere. What is obvious to people involved in the change isn’t to many of us. It seems as though there is a perpetual disconnect between staff and Zazzlers. We shouldn’t have to hunt for this stuff.
