Badges not appearing in the marketplace

Hello,

Some of my plastic ID badges (at least the ones I checked, but there are probably more than those) are not appearing in the marketplace. After they got out of stock and then back on stock and then out of stock again and then back on stock, they are not appearing. Yesterday I could find one through search but today it’s not there anymore. Is there any reason for this? My ZRank is above 4, they are created recently, some have cover images, they are set to public and one of them was very popular before the first time they went out of stock. Is anyone having the same problem? If I go through one of the magnetic badges I can see the collection with the products, but only if you click that particular product you will see the others.

Thank you for bringing this up, @kcbypatricia  
I was planning on mention this very issue, but decided to first edit some of the badges.
The ones that I did not get to yet, like

are nowhere to be found. I checked a few that I edited and they seem to be there now.
I don’t know, it’s kind of cumbersome to constantly have to check if any product even is in the marketplace or not.
Not to mention that’s impossible.

Yes, this happened the last time, it took quite a few days for all of them to appear back in the search results and collections. Newly listed badges did seem to appear first, followed by the rest. I’m guessing they’ll all be visible in the next couple of days.

Thanks for your answer. I thought that could be the issue. Hopefully they will appear in searches again soon.

Thanks for your answer. I was waiting to see if they would appear but decided to post since one was there yesterday and not today anymore, hopefully in the next few days it will be solved then. I only checked these ones, who knows what happens with the rest of the products, I always assumed that unless they were not hidden or need optimization would be able to be found in search.

Most of the badges have returned to the search results and collections, but in the product window, they are now displaying as ‘completely sold out’!

I sold some very recently, so this has just happened. Is it a temporary glitch? Please can someone check it 😕

Hi James, 

some of my badges are not still visible through search but since I posted this I have 3 that appear,  but not the rest. Is there anything I should be doing? Some are older than the ones that are appearing now and some are newer, which might be that they are not indexed yet.
