Balloon Department Missing from UK

Not sure whether it’s a sign that balloons are not going to be available to purchase on uk but the department is missing from the back end when I edit a product also when searching uk marketplace - there’s no option to drill down to the balloon department. Crafts & Party Supplies > Party Supplies > Party Décor > Balloons
