Thank you for your help
O, I found it. You have to type 1 in the grid section …
Is this to make life more difficult?
So I now have to type in a search for all basic frames as they are not clearly available and in sight?
The heart shaped and oval as well as round cornered frame all need to be typed in manually. (if you remember they were there to begin with)
I still don’t see the basic frames anywhere. Can they please be added back in plain sight?
Thank you.
@Anne when you say basic frames - do you mean grids? eg - the ones you add a photo too?
You need to scroll to the bottom
you can search by just using the term Photo

or if you just search for “frame”
@Sara_H Thanks!
I do not mean grids, but the single frames. They used to be displayed easily accessible when they just were introduced. And they are BASIC. Meaning, used all the time and should be visible. Not have to use a search. Zazzle is supposed to be a company marketing itself for customization, but if customers (or I) can’t see that for instance heart shapes are available, de facto this means they are not. I already forgot a few options that were available in the basic section, but surely a customer will never go look for a heart shape or oval if they don’t see it.
It’s also getting increasingly bothersome that there is never an answer and things are not being addressed. It can’t be that hard to add them back I would assume?
@Anne search for Arch and scroll to the very bottom
Thanks so much, @Sara_H !
This is a work-around. I am still hoping Zazzle will bring these back in the basic frames section. It really does not make sense to have to search for them (certainly not if you don’t know they are there to begin with).
I hadn’t thought of “arch” as a search term, so thank you again!
