I see that there are some of us listed as Visitors and some listed as Contributors. What determines which you are?
How do you change from one to the other?
Also, I preferred to keep my same user name (name of my store) but it would not allow me to finish as though I might have too long of a name??
New forums, so we all started out as a Visitor. We have no way of manually changing that status.
It seems insulting, right? But I am told this changes from Visitor to something else over time. I think I am still waiting too…
It seems you need to “Rank Up” The more you engage, my assumption is the term “visitor” changes.

Jamies, thank you for taking time to share. I guess I do not understand how these things “work”, it seems rather silly that we now are designated as “visitors” even after 12 years of being a zazzler and have to work our way back to the status we were prior to this new format. Do we know how long that takes or what it takes and what will be the status be called once we reach that spot? I probably am not even asking the right questions because I do not really know what I am talking about–it is still very confusing to me.
Zazzle and this forum are two different things. Your Zazzle status remains exactly the same. I, for example, am still working, since 2005, on achieving bronze, lol. Whatever your ‘rank’ at Zazzle was, it remains same. Rank in forums has to do with participation and or length of time being here. It’s of no consequence at all. However, a few months from now, if you see a ‘visitor’ posting in the forums, you will know they might need some extra latitude because they are new.

Same here ;( years of posts vanished too? No board for pros either anymore spent 9 years was so close to gold but I guess that has all gone now? I can’t work out how to get my products on show me posts, either. I am just a visitor now…
It is like going back to the start… If anyone can help me as to how to get my products up without getting an error I trying html tab but that doesn’t work I am buggered if I uploading a photo…
Rest easy, your “title” on this forum has N O T H I N G to do with your Pro status/level on Zazzle.
“Visitor” or “New Contributor” or whatever is merely a scale of how many posts you’ve made here. It’s a pretty common thing in discussion forums, not just Zazzle.
There isn’t any Pro’s now. Did we lose that status? I am just getting on and have no idea where to start. Thanks ahead for any help.

My store still says I am silver 
but without our own forum not a lot of benefit?
