Best way of promotion

I have some questions about effective promotion, from my own experience traffic comes from pinterest 60-70%.

How many times can i share the same link on pinterest? Will it impact driving more traffic? or is one share enough? Are pin ideas or videos driving better traffic?

The Pinterest algorithm rewards fresh visual content, so it will reward you for multiple fresh graphics linking to the same item, but demote you for repinning the same graphic more than once.
