Blank Product Pages

I have 476 pages of products. If I go past page 416 a note comes up “sorry no products found” and the whole page is blank, how can I keep my products fresh, check the title and tags, if I cannot get to them. I don’t want these products to become hidden. I know others have reported this and after months and months it is still the same. What is the reason that all our products are not visible to us? Please don’t “report this to the team” again, could it just be fixed?

Hi @CLC

Have you tried showing the max of 204 per page and going to the last page from there?

Yes…same problem, but thank you for suggestion

You’re right @CLC  , this needs to be fixed. In the meanwhile, if you need a work-around, you can try narrowing down your products by selecting your categories one at a time, and going to the last page of each category. At least then you can work on updating tags etc. and keep things from being hidden.

Thank you @Baylee …I am trying to do that, do all the “birthday” items etc, but I am just not sure whats hiding on the last 50 pages. I truly appreciate you taking the time to try and help.

This is expected behavior. We only return a certain number of products for this sort of search because it’s faster than returning everything. If you have products that you cannot access then I’d suggest narrowing down the search a bit.

No problem @CLC  . I’ve had the same problem myself, so I can sympathize. I just had a quick look at your store and see you have major categories of Business, Holidays, Occasions, etc. If you select one of these categories wouldn’t it bring the number of pages down low enough to make everything in that single category visible? If you can reach the last page in the category then you don’t have to worry about missing anything.

@Scott  Thank you for the reply and I am already doing this as you could read in the messages, but it does not ensure you are reaching the oldest products and it is way more time consuming. I would like to go directly to my oldest products and update them instead of going on a fishing trip, although I do love fishing…

@Baylee , yes, I am trying to do this one category at a time, but for me it gets confusing as my brain gets pulled in many different directions and I’m not sure I’m reaching the oldest products, just seems like I should be able to see all the products. I have had stores on probably 15 different marketplaces and no matter how many products you have, the products have never been hidden from view. Thank you again for helping, I will plod along as I have been doing.

Lol … know exactly what you mean. From what @Scott  says, it doesn’t sound like this is going to change anytime soon, so I guess we just muddle along like we know what we’re doing. Best of luck

If we were given a sort order “Oldest to Newest” == wouldn’t that show the “missing” items from the limited pages?

…yes, great idea! Now if only they would make that update.
