Added to that I just vented out to my husband of 50yrs, who is an Australian Chinese, 4th Generation, cannot speak the language "Jill where have you been all of this time , Stolen property Images and Ideas via China has always been rampant! But please don’t blame me :joy:

There are many content thieves, they’re not all Chinese … we have a lot of them on Zazzle, and to date none of my noted ‘thieves’ have been Chinese. I’m not sure meanwhile how vigilant Ali Express are about take-down notices, but you can try. I expect many of us are affected.
Ali Express is a huge offender. If you google Ali Express Stolen Designs you see people from pretty much every POD complaining, as well as Etsy and independent sellers using their own websites. Unfortunately, the reply from Ali Express to those who contacted them is “sorry, nothing we can do”. Hopefully their screen caps are low enough quality that customers will be dismayed and not return to that website after paying for crap. I think they’d be dismayed with the website, not the design itself so if they saw it in another context (like here) hopefully they’d be more inclined to buy from a reputable company, like here. That could be my wishful thinking.

Hi CreativeDesign, Sort of over it now after ranting I agree thieves be from any country! I decided many years ago, when I found my images had been copied stolen, it was not worth my sanity to follow up on the said violations! It takes heeps of time, energy and money to prove that it is your original work!

Some of the YouTubers I follow and who review products will periodically order from Ali Express, mostly on a lark. The receive nothing but garbage. The company seems to be rising to the top of the to-be-avoided list. If they’re not already there.
A quick search found this: “The Better Business Bureau revoked the AliExpress license because of how poor the customer reviews actually were.”

That is good news unless your name happens to be attached to the knock offs (when they don’t bother to change the meta data and you had your name attached)
