My autumn banner was designed with a bright white background, but once uploaded, the automatic shadow overlay made it look dull and reduced text clarity. This happens to any banner with light backgrounds. Could Zazzle give us the option to disable or reduce the shadow? It would help keep banners looking professional and true to the original design.
Hi Susan, this is not a bug. I moved into the Ideas & Suggestions section because that’s what it is, and then you moved it back to the Technical forum. If I see you do this again I will revoke your ability to edit your posts.
@Scott I honestly thought I had put it in the wrong place myself, so I moved it back. If I had known you’d already relocated it, (like add a comment in this discussion) I absolutely wouldn’t have touched it.
A quick comment explaining the move would have prevented the misunderstanding, and I hope you can see that I wasn’t intentionally undoing your action. Being warned about losing editing ability over something I didn’t know had happened feels a bit harsh.
