Not sure if this is a browser issue with just me or with others. In Google Chrome the past 7 months when I click on the name of my store, to possibly go there from a product page. I can’t see the whole popup window. Yes, I’ve tried increasing and decreasing my browser window sizing.

Hi, sorry this is happening. The screenshots don’t look quite right, but I’m not really able to see what else is happening here. Would you mind sharing a screenshot that shows a little bit more of your monitor? Perhaps something like what I’m sharing below. We’ll need to figure out why the pop-up is appearing above the store link, rather than below it.
Also, what size monitor are you viewing? What is the monitor resolution?
UPDATE: I found the problem. I keep my display scaling at 300 in order to see small print on my laptop, and, design artwork. When I changed the display setting to 150 percent all was fine and the popup windows displayed fully and were not partially hidden.
