Business Card Drop in Price?

What is going on with the business cards? They use to be around $26.00 and now they are showing up at $14.70? My royalty rate is still 25%, but of course as always they got the 20% off sale going on. I barely get by with Zazzle anymore. Use to make at least $800 to $1000 back in the good ol days but now I’m lucky to get $150. Just wondering if anyone knows what is going on and where are all the sales going to?

@donding

I’m actually glad Zazzle is selling business cards by packs of 50 now because I had clients asking for that in fact.

Two days ago I have sold two packs of 50 (100 cards - Hot Popping Mobile Auto Car Detailing QR Code URL Business Card | https://www.zazzle.com/hot_popping_mobile_auto_car_detailing_qr_code_url_business_card-256902430456647473?rf=238748736489762753&tc=npv_pid_256902430456647473_date_04302026) for $37.67 and I made $6.80 in royalty.

On 9/18/2025 I sold the same business cards (one pack of 100 - 100 cards) to the very same customer for $34.34 and I made $6.12 on that transaction. So I actually gained a few cents.

Interesting, @MOM  and congrats on the sales. I don’t know how you get to these numbers, as this is what I see:

Maybe they had a very special discount?
Great design by the way!

I’m seeing these numbers. Hmmm…why would they be different prices?

@SORS  @Anne   You are both correct (and see the same numbers). I on the other hand forget to add the price for rounded corners to the price I noted but the royalty I stated was/is still correct. I usually pay mostly attention to what I get in the end, lol.

I‘m trying to attach the screenshots I just took but the Zazzle board doesn’t let me do it using the phone - I wonder now why this is because I see the option but no image gets attached. And I just went through the trouble to erase the names on my screen shots too. :roll_eyes: Oh well, that’s Zazzle for you on a normal day, smile.

Yes, that difference would be because I set the count on 2 instead of just one.

@Anne  Thanks so much for your kind words, I very much appreciate it. Yes, this design didn’t sell for almost a full year but then someone bought ten units of it and in total it has now sold 15 times. I‘m thankful for it since it’s quite quiet in my little store - not even my USA 250 items are doing well, sigh. :woman_facepalming:t2:
