Business cards not showing personalize button when done

Hi @tearose22  , 

I’m unable to replicate this on my end, I am having no issues in personalizing Business Cards. Can you confirm whether this is ongoing, and if so, provide an example product link? We’ll be happy to take a look 🙂

It has been resolved. Once I press the sell button then the personalize button shows up.

It shouldn’t require hitting the Sell button. Was personalize missing after you clicked Done? If so, something’s amiss.

This is a known issue. For now I would avoid using products from the zazzle_templates store. The best products to use are the CYO products, which can be found here: https://www.zazzle.com/custom/gifts. If you start from a CYO product then the template information will appear before you publish, while products from the zazzle_templates store will only show the template information after the product is published.
