  1. When leaving your technical support post you should actually tell Z what exactly is the problem. “is not working” HOW is it not working.

  2. I just made a shower curtain and all is working as it should on my end.

  3. If it’s still not working give more specifics so Z can look into your problem.

I believe there was another post yesterday where the admins said there were a handful of products it was happening on and they were going to look into it. You may want to add there too.
