Hi, I’ve been working on this wrapping paper design, but when I look at it in the preview, the wording is all messed up. It doesn’t look that way in the design tool. This happened earlier with the same product, only then it was the image that was doubling over itself/cutting off. I did some different tiling to see if that would fix it - it did, but now it’s happening with the text. Please help. Any advice would be appreciated.

I’m having a similar problem. The paper seems to be doing the same on my listing - “doubling over itself/cutting off” - for the “seam” product photo. I used a tiling square and it seems fine when I move it around. I even redid and reuploaded the tiling design to see if it would make a difference. I guess I’m not sure why there’s a “seam” photo anyway since it all depends on where the paper is cut?? But if there’s some way I can plan/design differently for this, it would be great to have a tutorial about it.

I do see that the other wrapping paper rolls also have seams that are off as well… So I guess it’s probably no big deal in my case.
