When I sort the product by the last view date, I can’t access the last page. This happened since last week, I thought it was a glitch, apparently it’s not. I still can’t access the last page. Is there anyone here who has experienced the same thing?
Hi cationa,
Look at your URL, does that url end with something like this? “/products?pg=205&st=LastViewedDate”
The page # may be different than yours, but it should look like this. I happen to have 205 pages of products in this store, so my example showed pg=205.
What I did to get there is this, Select this at the top:
Then, I use mac so on my keyboard I hit command and my down arrow. If you use windows, I think it could be control and the down arrow.
From there at the bottom, I see:

And I use these double arrows to get me from the 1st page to the last page quickly.
But, mine is working.
Hi Laura, the url is: “/products?ps=204&pg=50&st=LastViewedDate” but, it didn’t show any product. It’s an empty page like my previous screen shot. I have 50 pages, and I can only reach until page 49.
So, I wonder if your sorting option and your cache/cookies is preventing you from seeing the rest. I’m not experiencing the same issue, and I tried with your options, which is checked for Orders (Last 30 days). Try these steps:
- Log out.
- Go ahead and clear your cache/cookies.
- Log back in.
- Chose the Select all option, top left, and try your sort to last view.
- Then try another last view sort with whatever other options, like Orders (Last 30 days)
- I think it’s a combo of needing cache clearing and the various options.
I clear my cache/cookies before logging onto Zazzle every day because the graphics.
I hope this helps.
@cationa are you still having this issue? If so, what store is it happening on? Joanna
@Joanna Yes, I still have this issue. I have cleared the cookies and browsing history, changed the browser, but the issue still there. I can’t reach the last page of last viewed of this store
I got to this last page, see nothing, and then change by hand the number seen there until the products appear. So, if you should have 205 pages, insert 200, with some luck, you are on 203 or 199.
It’s a old thing, I never got the last page different, and … started here over 15 years ago.
Hi, I have asked our technical team to look at this for you.
The other day, I didn’t realize it before until I clicked on my bookmark of the RSS Feeds page on Zazzle, but in the url you have “?ps=204”. That part of the rss feed is supposed to only show you this: (number of products per feed up to 100, e.g. ps=10, ps=30, ps=100).
I’m wondering if adding this part is causing the webpage to do this. Try putting it like this: /products?pg=50&st=LastViewedDate -without the ?ps=204 part. You can do that right inside the url line and hit return to check.
Thank you @Joanna Hopefully, it can be fixed soon. This feature is important for updating products.
It’s 204 by default, the options are 24, 48, 72, 96, and 204. I checked the last page of last view regularly at least for the 2 years, usually there’s no issue. So, it’s not the root cause.
Ah, I understand that. Good that it will hopefully be fixed for you! ![]()
